The initial focus was to try and help save the 45,000 people we let die each year due to a lack of healthcare access and coverage. Witnessing the rampant distortions about so many additional important issues, it became apparent that we need to discuss and solve several issues at the same time. Given that dilemma, more than anything else, we want every reasonable person's input to manage this country for the vast majority of citizens, not just the upper income level people and large companies.
